Wyndham Garden Cancun Downtown Hotel, Cancun

I stayed at La Quinta and was pleasantly surprised by the good size of the rooms and the comfortable bed. The rooms were modern compared to the all-inclusive resort I stayed at after my visit here. They were very, very big, absolutely clean, and furnished with everything I needed. Additionally, the rooms were equipped with a fridge, a microwave, and a big TV, making my stay very enjoyable overall.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms weren't the cleanest upon arrival, and there was a bit of dampness and humidity. However, the service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to assist in various complimentary services. The location was convenient, close to attractions and with great dining options nearby. The dining experience, despite some confusion and weak coffee, offered a good selection of dishes. The facilities were adequate, though there were minor cleanliness issues.

The staff, especially Jose Manuel & Mariana at the front desk, Pascual in baggage handling, and Eloisa in housekeeping, were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service. The location was perfect, close to Las America's mall and authentic Mexican experiences, making it a great choice for a short stay after a long flight. The dining options were varied and delicious, although the breakfast could use some improvement. Overall, a great value for money with excellent amenities and a convenient setting.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was enjoyable. However, the noisy atmosphere near the restaurants and the unfriendly staff member detracted from the experience.

I stayed at the hotel for one night. The room I had, a 2 Queen bed Jr Suite, was just average but comfortable. The staff was very helpful. However, the room felt cold and damp with no ventilation, only an old centralized AC, which was a downside.

The location is perfect for exploring downtown attractions on foot, surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping centers. The dining options were fantastic, offering a variety of breakfast choices. However, some areas need painting, affecting the overall appearance.
